QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient in general office skills with a strong emphasis in data entry and record keeping/record management.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and take initiative to ensure timely and accurate completion of responsibilities.
- Possess high degree of customer service skills.

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare correspondence, forms, manuals, schedules, and reports for the Assistant Director of the department.
- Prepare and submit various financial documents for the Early Learning Centers according to CFISD and department policies and procedures.
- Manage enrollment process and documents for the Early Learning Centers.
- Manage tuition payments and fees for the Early Learning Centers.
- Manage the Early Learning Center waiting list and accounts.
- Answer and respond to incoming calls, including those regarding general ELC questions and ELC accounts.
- Take reliable phone messages and route to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain the department’s ELC email account.
- Support general inquiries into the department.
- Greet visitors and support the customer service base of the department.
- Maintain Page 2 of 2 confidentiality of information.
- Monitor department resources and budget as they pertain to the ELC’s.
- Provide input on office and program guidelines and procedures.
- Provide quality customer service to all stakeholders.
- Act as backup for various positions within the Community Programs department, including but not limited to, receptionist, registration clerk, and ELC support staff.
- Work as part of a team to contribute to the success of the Community Programs department.
- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Perform any and all other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Community Programs, Director of Community Programs and/or District Administration staff.
