QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient keyboarding, word processing and file maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of general office skills required. Minimum of one year office experience preferred.
- Effective organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$23,241 – CP3
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Review, verify, and correct site orders for food production and food service warehouse.
- Organize and manage the flow of data associated with orders, order changes, and distribution of product.
- Communicate through phone and email directly with managers regarding errors in orders. Perform follow up with the managers to ensure resolution of the error.
- Consolidate and edit orders and shipping tickets to ensure correct billing and inventory control.
- Create projected shopping report and make changes as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and handle requests for backfills, missing items, additions, and cancellations. Assist in locating missing items and provide troubleshooting as needed.
- Print daily orders and process hot shot tickets for food production and warehouse.
- Support the Food Service Department with regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director.

Standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, carring, pushing/pulling, and lifting over 60 pounds. Repetitive hand motions.
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY:
All food service employees must use good body mechanics and follow safe working procedures including infection control. The employee must report any unsafe condition to a manager or supervisor and demonstrate no on-the-job injuries due to a lack of good safety practices. On-the-job accidents must be reported immediately to the manager or supervisor and an accident report completed.
