QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED; college credits with office skills training or equivalent business school training preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years administrative secretarial experience; minimum of three (3) years in public education setting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook; experience with e-Finance and Laserfiche preferred.
- Effective verbal, written and listening communication skills; detailed oriented; and ability to work with a wide range of complex issues.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, facilitate, and muti-task numerous complex administrative activities.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions; ability to maintain emotional control under stress.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in resolving issues and improving processes.

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$52,215/CP-9
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the 2024-2025 school year.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide comprehensive support, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare correspondence, board agenda items, reports, and presentations for the Chief Financial Officer.
- Demonstrate a general understanding of financial and business policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in processing new vendor requests.
- Process public information requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process purchase orders as needed.
- Assist in compiling information for the Annual Financial Management Report.
- Assist in scheduling and compiling information for financial training of new principals.
- Reconcile AESOP for Chief Financial Officer.
- Maintain effective working relationships with District and school personnel, parents, and the public.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
