QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Experience working with children preferred.
3. Flexible and able to adjust daily routine.
4. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills with students and staff.
5. Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
6. Demonstrate a professional appearance and attitude.
7. Able to physically lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
8. Must have:
a. 48 hours of college credits OR
b. Associates or higher degree OR
c. Competency on CFISD proficiency test (score of 70 or above).

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2021-2022
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitor halls during instructional class time.
2. Assist with student management in and around campus common areas during passing periods.
3. Monitor and report student behavior and student conduct in relation to the student code of conduct.
4. Report conflict or confrontation between students and disturbances to the Principal or Assistant Principal.
5. Record data for supervisory staff, such as student conflicts or unusual occurrences.
6. Report tardiness, truancies, and other related incidents to the appropriate school administrator.
7. Check for students’ hall passes and tardy slips.
8. Holds students, staff, and visitors accountable for school policy.
9. Assist with document preparation as needed.
10.Watch for and report irregularities such as fire hazards, security doors left unlocked, and any unusual activity.
11.Perform all other duties as assigned.
12.Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
