Salary (based on verifiable job-related experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2020-2021
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Receive and direct all incoming calls for the Police Department, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
2. Greet, assist, and/or direct visitors, customers, employees, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
3. Provide administrative support to the Police Department Supervisors including but not limited to maintaining contacts and calendars, planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining files, etc.
4. Responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining supplies inventory.
5. Provide general clerical support, including word processing, filing and file maintenance, completing forms, copying, and faxing. Create and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other documents.
6. Maintain confidentiality of information.
7. Process in coming subpoenas for officers and makes notification to officers of upcoming court dates.
8. Responsible for the creation of department of identification cards.
9. Create and issue contractor alarm codes for district buildings.
10.Participate in special projects and accomplish all other administrative tasks as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.
11.Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
