Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Possess working knowledge of basic accounting, accounts receivable/payable, reconciling and/or billing principles with a minimum of two (2) years' experience or demonstrated knowledge.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, and other standard office equipment.
- Competent in records management and general office procedures.
- Effective in oral and written communications, strong people skills and ability to positively engage with vendors and customers in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Possess strong organizational, preparation and planning skills.
- Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License.
Terms of Employment:
250 days
Salary/Pay Grade:
$34,830 - CP 5
Salary (based on verifiable job-related experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2020-2021
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the central contact for the district's multifunction devices/copiers regarding service, billing, transfers and related requests while maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and vendors.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries communicating through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns and issues.
- Collect and evaluate monthly usage reports and make recommendations based on volume data and duty cycles.
- Maintain records and inventory for multifunction devices/copiers throughout the district.
- Perform clerical tasks as required for processing of purchase orders, reconciliation for billing, scheduling and follow up of multifunction device/copier transfers/moves and tracking.
- Maintain appropriate call logs, service call logs and down time logs.
- Perform all tasks in a manner that will assure the integrity and customer-oriented service required by district.
- Become familiar with the functionality of all fleet multifunction devices/copiers in the district.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Print and Production Center Manager.

Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions. Prolonged use of the computer; repetitive hand motions. Continuous sitting.
