QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Enrolled in a university and/or Alternative Certification Program;

2. Verifiable requirement for observation hours to complete course study;

3. Current driver's license, student photo ID, or state/government-issued photo identification;

4. Completed Background Review; (Fingerprinting is not required at this point)

Respect the confidentiality of students, teachers and campus during the time of observation.

Comply with district and campus procedures/guidelines for observations.

Professional dress is required for all observers. Admittance to campus may be denied if attire is deemed inappropriate by an administrator.

Official Pass and list of approved campuses will be forwarded upon approval to the email referenced on application. This information will be provided for pre-arrangement of observation times.

MUST notify campus if running late or if cancelling a scheduled observation.

MUST WEAR FACE MASKS in accordance with district policy. See “Use of Face Mask Protocol” for additional details.

MUST SELF-HEALTH SCREEN in accordance with district policy. See "Health Screening for Visitors Protocol" for additional details.

TERMS: Valid for one semester only. Must re-apply each semester.
