QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma or GED required.
2. Possess basic accounting skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a business office environment preferred.
3. Possess strong computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Proficient in the use of calculator (10-key by touch).
5. Possess strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
250 days
SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$33,640.00 – CP5
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2017-2018
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintain accurate vendor files.
2. Communicate with school employees and vendors.
3. Verify all invoices as to accuracy.
4. Assist vendors in resolving problems.
5. Process all vendor payments.
6. Assist in the year-end close process.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer.
