QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED certificate.
2. Competent in records management and general office procedures.
3. One year accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical experience.
4. Ability to use a calculator (10 key by touch).
5. Ability to use a personal computer and software to develop or maintain spreadsheets and do word processing.
6. Ability to work with numbers in an accurate and rapid manner to meet established deadline.
7. Maintain confidentiality of information.

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$21,466 – CP3
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintain complete and systematic records of vending proceeds according to established procedures and generally accepted accounting principles.
2. Process and account for all money generated and distributed in vending machine including receipt of cash and preparing and providing change funds.
3. Assist with preparing bank deposit, including cash receipt.
4. Maintain physical and computerized files and records required, including monthly and periodic financial reports.
5. Assist the Free and Reduced office in communication with parents about student accounts.
6. Assist Food Service HR department with the maintenance of applicant and employee files.
7. Cross train in different departments when time permits.
8. Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Standing for prolonged periods of time, walking, carring, pushing/pulling, and lifting over 60 pounds. Repetitive hand motions.
