QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED required. 2. Clerical experience preferred. Ability to type, file, organize, place and receive telephone calls and work with Microsoft Word and Excel. 3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to accurately record student data and financial records of the program at the assigned campus. 5. Ability to communicate in both verbal and written forms with staff, children and parents of the program.

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$12.00 per hour – CR2
Additional $2.00 per hour for morning shift and maximum of 25 hours per week, split shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Ensure the safety of all participants by managing the entrance of the campus and verifying photo identification of those persons picking up children. 2. Review daily attendance and implement steps to verify absences and ensure all children are accounted for on a daily basis. 3. Collect and maintain all records of payments made to Club Rewind for the regular program and for special events. 4. Utilize all appropriate documentation according to Club Rewind procedures. 5. Address urgent situations according to policies and ensures drills are conducted monthly. 6. Conduct phone calls to parents regarding student behavioral issues, illness, payments or other similar information. 7. Utilize reminders, notices and signs to support parent compliance with policies/procedures. 8. Disseminate information from the main office of community programs as directed. 9. Comply with program policies/procedures in order to serve as a role model to participants of the program. 10. Provide customer service support to children, parents, Club Rewind staff members, campus staff and community members. 11. Appropriately utilize provided resources. 12. Attend required trainings scheduled by the office of community programs. 13. Regularly evaluate own performance and interactions in order to provide optimal customer service. 14. Perform any and all other duties deemed necessary by the Director of Community Programs and/or the Assistant Superintendent for Communication and Community Relations.
