QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma/GED.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accessing the Internet.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in general office management and procedures.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in operating a computer.
5. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have a high level of integrity regarding personnel records, and confidential information.
6. Must be self-motivated, possess the ability to work under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively while in close physical proximity with others including physical contact with applicants hands.
7. Competency on CFISD proficiency test. (Score of 80 or above and a minimum of 45 wpm typing skills)

SALARY/PAYGRADE:
$29,440.00 – CP4
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2017-2018
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Clearly communicate with applicants and district personnel regarding fingerprinting process.
2. Interact effectively with various departments to exchange fingerprint and other relevant identification information.
3. Schedule fingerprinting appointments.
4. Write in a clear, concise and logical manner to complete forms and draft correspondence.
5. Gather documents and enter/retrieve fingerprint data for district information.
6. Assist in preparing and processing information needed to implement MorphoTrust/Identogo approved fingerprinting for certified and non-certified applicants.
7. Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and documentation needed to support fingerprinting processes.
8. Follow district financial procedures regarding the handling of monies received and receipted.
9. Effectively work with MorphoTrust and other agencies to understand legal procedures regarding the handling of fingerprints.
10.Serve as back-up or relief fingerprinting technician as needed.
11.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
