QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  High school diploma or GED equivalent.

2.  Possess basic secretarial skills such as typing and knowledge of business machines and computers.

3.  Possess basic accounting skills.

4.  Competent in records management and general office procedures.

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

250 Days

 

SALARY/PAYGRADE:

$29,440 – CP4

Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2016-2017

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1.   Input all pick up slips into V-Tracker on a daily basis. Verifying monthly deposits with V-Tracker and reporting to the finance office.

2.   Create and input location numbers for all new vending machines into V-Tracker. Responsible for tracking equipment transfers in V-Tracker.

3.   Create and reorder pick up slips as needed.  

4.   Notify departments of monthly commission amounts.

5.   Support Vending Clerk duties.

6.   Process all vending orders into BOSS as items are delivered to warehouse.  

7.   Create new inventory numbers for new products.

8.   Prepare monthly physical inventory reports. Prepare adjustments, as needed.

9.   Gather and input several daily vendor invoices from units and balance to month end statements.

10. Process all Lounge Order Supplies and Club Rewind orders. Prepare billing.

11. Prepare, disburse and reconcile all vending refunds.

12. Disburse, replenish and reconcile vending change fund.

13. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Food Service Accountant.
