QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Previous service in an Administrator role (Principal, Assistant Principal, Counselor, etc) required. (Former Cy Fair Administrator experience preferred.)
2. Master’s degree from a recognized, accredited college or university required;
3. Appropriate standard administrator certification for the assignment; Instructional Leadership Development; certified training for teacher appraisal or eligible for such preferred;
4. A minimum of four (4) years of successful experience as a classroom teacher; and
5. Visionary leadership in administration to work with faculties, families, and communities of the 21st century.
6. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to speak, read and understand the English language.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Substitutes are employed on an at-will basis and are not considered contractual employees.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1.Provide temporary coverage in an adminstrator position (Principal, Assistant Principal).
2. Responsible for implementing the District's instructional program and educational philosophy in the subject area or grade level designated, in accordance with district policies, and procedures on a day to day basis.
3. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
