QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university; 2. Valid Texas administrator's certificate; 3. Minimum of three (3) years of successful administrative or supervisor experience in a school or school district office; 4. Minimum of two (2) years of experience administering federal grant programs (ex: Title I) in a Texas school district preferred; 5. Strong skills in interpreting and applying data, facts, procedures, and policies; 6. Strong computer skills with Google and Microsoft products (ex: Google Sheets and Excel); 7. Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Probationary/Term Contract: 250 days
SALARY:
$90,915 IA-6
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2024-2025
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitor and understand federal and state grant programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements (Ex: Title I, Title IV). 2. Train and work with campus and district administrators and external private non-profit partners to ensure compliance with legal requirements. 3. Review and approve expenditures within specific grant guidelines to ensure that they are reasonable and necessary. 4. Assist with completing federal grant applications, amendments, and compliance reports. 5. Act as a liaison between CFISD and state agencies. 6. Establish and oversee department administrative and operational procedures and processes. 7. Perform other job-related duties as required.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control under stress. Occasional district wide travel; frequent prolonged and irregular hours. Occasional exposure to the outdoors and noise.
